Digital products
Software licences and protected installers are assigned to the customer account after the order or approved zero-value claim is completed. Digital-only carts do not require a carrier or shipping charge.
Physical products
Physical products display the available carrier, delivery zone, price and current estimate during checkout. A mixed cart ships only its physical items; digital entitlements remain available through the customer account. Contact support@auroradsp.com before returning goods so that the current return address and instructions can be confirmed.
